Reformatting a PC or laptop is a crucial process that helps restore your device to peak performance. It removes clutter, fixes system errors, and eliminates stubborn viruses. 1. 1. Download
the Operating System (OS) ISO file from official site.
2. Make a bootable USB using rufus. Download the rufus from official site. Install the rufus from your other PC run it and choose the OS ISO file you downloaded. Don’t forget to plug in your USB device before execute or run the rufus. The rufus will burn the ISO file and a bootable USB.
3. 3. After you’re successfully burned the ISO file using rufus, your bootable USB are good to go and ready to use.
4. 4. Plug in the bootable USB to your PC you want to reformat. Then go to your BIOS setup. To go to your BIOS setup simply press the following keyboard buttons “ESC, F1, F2, F7, and F10” those keyboard keys work depends your PC manufacture, kindly advice to search your BIOS setup manufacture.
5. 5. Press the BIOS keyboard button of your PC manufacture while turning on.
6. 6. Once you are in the BIOS, go to “Boot” section and find the name of your Bootable USB device, then set it to priority position. Simply move your Bootable USB device at the top priority. Once you done, save it and exit. Your PC will restart and read the bootable USB device.
7. 7. After your PC turned on, you will see the OS or the Operating System, click install go to the process just click next.
8. 8. Accept the agreement and choose your desired OS. Select custom click next then delete all partition. After you deleted all partition the newly fresh partition is ready to use. Just click next to continue the installation of OS to your pc.
9. 9. Click “I don’t have a key” then proceed. Choose “I don’t have an internet or proceed to offline”. Read the important terms and choose the setup depends on you. Then wait patiently until the OS or the Operating System completes the installation to your pc.
10. 10. After the installation your pc looks like new
with fresh memory and ready to use again.
